This menu is a collection from some of my favourite dishes with a little Schmuck'N twist. I source and use as much local products and ingredients that are available. The menu will be constantly changing to keep the truck on the leading edge of the gourmet food trends. We have specials that pop up when my taste buds want a change so be sure to check out the Schmuck Truck as much as possible for our ever evolving menu.
Risotto Balls
Mushroom risotto stuffed with basil goat cheese, breaded with our seasoned panko, fried to a golden brown and served with our homemade tomato sauce.
Burger
Fresh ground hand pressed all beef burgers seasoned and grilled to perfection and served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickle on a fresh baked bun.

Pulled Pork Sandwich
Marinated and seasoned slow roasted pork topped with our homemade coleslaw on a fresh baked bun.
Gourmet Grilled Cheese
Our blend of spinach and artichoke mixed with mozzarella, asiago and cream cheese on fresh baked sour dough bread.
Sloppy Schmuck
Our slow roasted pulled pork and our perfectly seasoned beef mixed together and topped with cheddar cheese served on our fresh baked bun.
Feta Chicken Wrap
Our fresh made avocado bruschetta, grilled chicken and lettuce mixed with creamy feta wrapped in a flour tortilla.
Schmuck Salad
Fresh sweet peppers, red onion, cucumber and tomatoes tossed with our house blend lettuce mix and served with our homemade maple balsamic dressing.
Grilled Veggie Sandwich
Grilled red peppers, red onion, portabella mushroom and seasoned panko breaded fried egg plant drizzled with our balsamic sauce and topped with smoked Gouda on fresh baked sour dough bread.

Delicious hand cut potatoes deep fried in golden canola oil and salted. (Small, Med, Large)
